Boss Grooming Terms and Conditions:

-Please drop your dog off at the agreed to time. 

-We will keep in touch with you via text about the time your dog will be ready to be picked up. 

-We offer pickup and drop off for an additional fee if desired. 

-If your dog requires any special food/treats/toys etc, please bring them with you and leave with the groomer.

-Please let us know any skin allergies your dog has.

-Please let us know any food allergies your dog may have. (We like to give you dog treats to make them enjoy the grooming experience more.)

-Please let us know if your dog has any health issues we should know about. 

-Please let us know if your dog has any bowel or stomach issues. 

-The length of time your dog will be with us may vary depending on the comfort level of your dog.  The service may take longer if your dog is a puppy or is not used to being groomed.   

-If your dog is very nervous, wants to bite or nip, or is uncooperative, the grooming could take much longer than anticipated.  In these rare cases we may need to charge extra due to the level of difficulty and time it takes. 

-We request that in between grooms you work with your dog and touch their face, feet, ears, and bum area so they begin to get more used to those areas being worked with when they come for their grooming. 

-If you wish to keep your dogs hair longer or more fluffy we ask that you regularly brush your dogs hair so that it doesn’t get matted in-between grooming. 

-We ask that you provide your vet information in the rare case that anything happens to your dog while in our care.  

-We reserve the right to refuse service if it is not the right fit for us to be your dogs groomers. 

-Please note we are a very small business and work out or our home.  We provide a boutique type experience where your dog feels like they are at home because they literally are in our home.  Because of this, it may not look like the grooming facilities that you are used to.  Also, because it is our home, we are looking for owners whose dogs are well behaved and respectful of their surroundings. 

-All of our tools, grooming supplies and products are of the highest quality. But if your dogs has any skin allergies please let us know. 

-We want this to be the best grooming experience you and your pup have ever had, so please reach out with any questions, concerns, or issues.
